The present invention relates to a vertical fall prevention net for construction and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, in a construction site for an apartment building or the like, the fall prevention net is used to prevent an object from falling through an opening of a veranda or a window frame provided on a wall structure of each household and to promote the safety of construction workers and pedestrians walking around the construction site while facilitating the prevention of a falling accident to workers. When weaving a belt and a safety net of the fall prevention net, the belt and the safety net are woven in a loop type net shape to make more strength against the deformation of a fabric, and, meanwhile, even when the fabric is partially damaged, the damage can be prevented from being delivered to the whole area of the fabric, which can lead to the prevention of an accident, and also, when the fabric is discarded, the fabric can be recycled while having more safety against a fire. Moreover, the belt and the safety net are woven with the same material which is polypropylene (PP), to be able to be melted without being separated, resulting in an advantage of enabling the recycling of polypropylene (PP), and, meanwhile, a flame retarding material is added to the belt to prevent the safety net provided in the opening from malfunctioning due to the combustion of the belt in case of a fire, thereby preventing accidents to the workers and the falling of construction materials.
본 발명은 건축용 수직형 추락방지망 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 아파트 등의 건축용 공사현장에서 각 세대별 벽면 구조물에 마련하는 베란다 또는 창틀 등의 개방구에 의해 낙하물의 낙하방지와 공사장 인부와 공사장 주변의 인도보행자의 안전을 도모함과 동시에 작업자의 추락방지를 용이하게 하기 위해 사용되는 추락방지망의 안전망과 벨트 제직시 루프타입으로 그물형태로 방직하여 원단의 변형에 강하게 함과 동시에 사용시 일부 훼손이 되더라도 원단 전체로 전달되지 않도록 하여 안전사고를 방지하도록 하고 폐기시 재활용을 가능케 함과 동시에 화재에 대한 안전성을 강화시키고, 추락방지망의 안전망과 벨트의 재질을 동일한 재질인 폴리프로필렌(PP)로 제직하여 폐기시 안전망과 벨트를 분리시키지 않고도 용융시켜 폴리프로필렌(PP)을 재활용을 가능케 하는 이점과 동시에 추락방지망의 벨트에도 난연재를 부가하도록 하는 화재시 종래에 벨트의 연소로 인해 개방구에 마련하는 안전망이 낙하하여 제기능을 발휘하지 못하는 것을 방지하여 화재시에도 작업자의 안전사고 및 건축자재의 낙하를 방지하도록 하는 이점이 있는 것이다.
