LED lighting apparatus for ceiling finishing
The present invention relates to a ceiling-finishing type LED lighting apparatus capable of inserting and installing an LED lamp between ceiling panels while using ready-made ceiling panels for ceiling-finishing. The apparatus includes: a plurality of hanger bolts embedded and fixed in a ceiling slab at left/right and forward/backward intervals; a plurality of carrying channels installed in a transverse direction in lower parts of the hanger bolts adjacent to each other in left and right directions to be placed at forward/backward intervals; a plurality of longitudinal fixing bars installed at left/right intervals in a lower part of the carrying channels; a plurality of ceiling panels individually formed into a rectangular plate shape, placed in at least two lines with a left/right interval part laid between two longitudinal fixing bars laterally adjacent to each other, and individually having an outer end part placed on both outermost sides and constituting the lines to be fixed to the longitudinal fixing bars; a plurality of longitudinal panel connection members fixed in a longitudinal direction to upper parts of opposed end parts of the ceiling panels in the two lines laterally adjacent to each other with the left/right interval part therebetween, and having lighting lamp installation grooves formed in the center in a longitudinal direction with a lower part opened to be connected to the left/right interval part; and a plurality of LED lamps inserted and fixed in lighting lamp installation grooves in a longitudinal direction to radiate LED light downward.
본 발명은 기성품인 천장 마감용 천장패널을 사용하면서 천장패널들의 사이에 엘이디 조명등을 삽입 설치할 수 있는 천장 마감형 엘이디 조명장치에 관한 것으로, 좌우 간격과 전후 간격을 두고 천장 슬래브에 매립 고정되는 다수의 행거볼트와; 좌우 방향으로 이웃하는 행거볼트들의 하부에 횡방향으로 설치되어 전후 간격을 두고 배치되는 다수의 캐링채널과; 상기 캐링채널들의 하부에 좌우 간격을 두고 설치되는 다수의 종형 고정바와; 각각이 직사각형의 판 형태로 구성되고, 좌우로 이웃하는 두 개의 종형 고정바의 사이에 좌우 간격부를 두고 전후 방향으로 적어도 두 열 이상으로 배치되고, 제일 양 외측에 배치되는 열을 구성하는 각각의 외측 단부가 종형 고정바에 고정되는 다수의 천장패널과; 상기 좌우 간격부를 두고 좌우로 이웃하는 두 열의 천장패널들의 마주보는 단부의 상부에 종방향으로 고정되고, 중앙에는 상기 좌우 간격부와 연통되게 하부가 개방된 조명등 설치홈이 종방향으로 형성된 다수의 종형 패널 연결부재와; 각각의 상기 조명등 설치홈에 종방향으로 삽입 고정되어 하부로 엘이디들의 광을 조사하는 다수의 엘이디 조명등;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a ceiling-finishing type LED lighting apparatus capable of inserting and installing an LED lamp between ceiling panels while using ready-made ceiling panels for ceiling-finishing. 본 발명은 기성품인 천장 마감용 천장패널을 사용하면서 천장패널들의 사이에 엘이디 조명등을 삽입 설치할 수 있는 천장 마감형 엘이디 조명장치에 관한 것으로, 좌우 간격과 전후 간격을 두고 천장 슬래브에 매립 고정되는 다수의 행거볼트와; 좌우 방향으로 이웃하는 행거볼트들의 하부에 횡방향으로 설치되어 전후 간격을 두고 배치되는 다수의 캐링채널과; 상기 캐링채널들의 하부에 좌우 간격을 두고 설치되는 다수의 종형 고정바와; 각각이 직사각형의 판 형태로 구성되고, 좌우로 이웃하는 두 개의 종형 고정바의 사이에 좌우 간격부를 두고 전후 방향으로 적어도 두 열 이상으로 배치되고, 제일 양 외측에 배치되는 열을 구성하는 각각의 외측 단부가 종형 고정바에 고정되는 다수의 천장패널과; 상기 좌우 간격부를 두고 좌우로 이웃하는 두 열의 천장패널들의 마주보는 단부의 상부에 종방향으로 고정되고, 중앙에는 상기 좌우 간격부와 연통되게 하부가 개방된 조명등 설치홈이 종방향으로 형성된 다수의 종형 패널 연결부재와; 각각의 상기 조명등 설치홈에 종방향으로 삽입 고정되어 하부로 엘이디들의 광을 조사하는 다수의 엘이디 조명등;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
