Automatic Locking Device for Upper Cabinet
The present invention relates to an automatic locking device for furniture to be easily assembled and disassembled. According to the present invention, the automatic locking device comprises: a door locking fixture installed on a door opening/closing the inside of furniture and in which a horizontal part having a rectangular door coupling hole with an inclined surface formed at the upper end and a vertical part having a fastening hole to be fixed to the furniture through a fastener are formed in a right angle shape; a lower housing having a lower housing mounting part formed therein; an upper housing coupled to the lower housing to be mounted on the furniture, having an upper housing mounting part formed at a part corresponding to the lower housing mounting part, and having a locking means mounting part formed in an outward direction; an operation means installed in the upper and lower housing mounting parts and operated when an operation ball moves according to an impact transmitted to the furniture; and a locking means mounted to the locking means mounting part of the upper housing and vertically operating a rectangular stopper upon operation of the operation means to be fitted into the door coupling hole of the horizontal part, thereby preventing the door from being opened.
본 발명은 가구용 자동잠금장치에 관한 것으로서, 가구의 내부를 개폐하는 도어에 장착되고, 상부 끝단으로 경사면이 형성된 사각형 형상의 도어 결합공이 형성되는 수평부와 상기 가구에 체결구를 통해 고정될 수 있도록 체결공이 형성되는 수직부가 직각 형상으로 형성되는 도어 걸림 고정구; 내부에 하부 하우징 장착부가 형성되는 하부 하우징; 상기 하부 하우징과 결합되어 상기 가구에 장착되며, 상기 하부 하우징 장착부와 대응하는 부분에는 상부 하우징 장착부가 형성되고, 외측방향에는 잠금수단 장착부가 형성되는 상부 하우징; 상기 상하부 하우징 장착부에 설치되고 상기 가구에 전달되는 충격에 따른 작동볼의 이동시 작동하는 작동수단; 및 상기 상부 하우징의 상부 하우징의 잠금수단 장착부에 장착되고, 상기 작동수단의 작동시 사각형 형상의 스톱퍼가 수직작동되어, 상기 수평부의 도어 결합공에 끼움 결합됨으로 상기 도어가 개방되는 것을 방지하는 잠금수단;을 포함한다.
