The present invention relates to a duplex type prefabricated house with an elevating roof, which improves moving convenience since a lift unit is provided in a movable step to be ascended and descended while the user steps on lifting footholds when moving from an indoor first floor to a second floor or from the second floor to the indoor first floor, facilitates transportation by removing constraints during movement of the duplex type prefabricated house and minimizing total height of the house since the roof is ascended and descended from a main body housing, and enables the roof to be ascended horizontally without being eccentric to one side of the roof since a guide gear of a sealing unit is ascended along inner and outer gears when the roof is ascended. Therefore, the present invention improves stability when the roof is operated to be ascended.
본 발명은 이동계단에 리프트부가 구비되어 실내 1층에서 복층부로 이동하거나 복층부에서 실내 1층으로 이동시 승강발판을 타고 승하강하도록 구성되므로 이동의 편리성을 향상시키고, 지붕이 본체 하우징으로부터 승하강 가능하도록 구성되므로 복층형 조립식 주택의 이동시 제약조건을 없애면서 전체 높이를 최소화하여 운반을 용이하게 하며, 지붕이 상승할 때 밀폐부의 가이드기어가 내,외측기어를 따라 상승하므로 지붕의 일측으로 편심되지 않고 수평으로 상승할 수 있게 하여 지붕의 상승작동시 안정감을 높이는 승하강이 가능한 지붕이 구비된 복층형 조립식 주택에 관한 것이다.
