Supporting module for structures and Construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a supporting module for constructing a structure, wherein the supporting module can be used in constructing a structure such as a deck of a girder bridge or an observatory or the like. The supporting module for constructing a structure comprises: a plurality of posts erected on the base at predetermined intervals; functional pedestals installed and fixed to the upper surface of the adjacent posts to face one another, having a concave mounting groove formed thereon and having the outer side of the mounting groove composed of a slope inclined upward at a predetermined angle; and a girder frame having supporting end parts at both ends inserted into the mounting groove of the functional pedestals and having the supporting end parts consisting of a flat lower surface and an inclined surface connected to the lower surface, wherein the supporting end parts are inserted into the mounting groove with the inclined surface being in contact with the slope, thereby preventing the girder frame from sagging and being separated.
본 발명은 거더교나 전망대 등의 데크와 같은 구조물 시공시 활용될 수 있는 구조물 시공을 위한 지지체 모듈에 관련되는 기술로서, 소정 이격거리를 두고 기초에 세워지는 복수의 포스트; 이웃하는 상기 포스트의 상면에 서로 마주보게 고정 설치되며, 오목한 안착홈이 형성되되, 상기 안착홈의 외측은 소정 각도로 상향하는 슬로프로 이루어지는 기능성 좌대; 양단의 지지단부가 상기 기능성 좌대의 안착홈에 끼워지게 되며, 상기 지지단부는 편평한 하면과 상기 하면과 연결되는 경사면으로 이루어지는 거더프레임;을 포함하고, 상기 경사면이 상기 슬로프에 접촉되는 상태로 상기 지지단부가 상기 안착홈에 삽입됨으로써 상기 거더프레임의 처짐과 이탈을 방지할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 한다.
