MICROPLASTIC SEPARATION DEVICE
The present invention provides a device capable of effectively removing microplastic from the sand of the seashore. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides the device for removing microplastic contained in the sand of the seashore comprises: a body formed to travel; a suction unit installed on the front of the body to suction sand containing microplastic; a pre-electrification unit connected to the suction unit to electrify the sand and the microplastic flowing thereinto through the suction unit; and a microplastic separation unit connected to the pre-electrification unit to separate the sand from the microplastic. Therefore, the device can have the components described above to remove microplastic by suctioning only sand on the surface of the seashore without scooping up all the sand containing the microplastic, thereby being made light and simple. In addition, the device allows the sand and the microplastic to be pre-electrified twice in the suction unit and a cyclone housing so that the difference in electrifying tendency between the sand and the microplastic increases, thereby increasing the efficiency of separation of the microplastic when electrostatically removing the sand and the microplastic in the microplastic separation unit.
본 발명은 해안가의 모래에서 미세 플라스틱을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 장치를 제공하는 것을 기술적 과제로 한다. 본 발명은 전술한 과제를 해결하기 위해 해안가 모래에 포함된 미세 플라스틱을 제거하기 위한 제거장치로서, 주행가능하게 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 전방에 설치되며 미세 플라스틱이 포함된 모래를 흡입하기 위한 흡입부와, 상기 흡입부와 연결되어 상기 흡입부를 통해 유입된 모래와 미세 플라스틱을 대전하는 사전 대전부와, 상기 사전 대전부와 연결되어 모래와 미세 플라스틱을 분리하는 미세 플라스틱 분리부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에서는 전술한 구성으로 인해 미세 플라스틱이 포함된 모래를 모두 퍼올리지 않고 해안가 표면의 모래만을 유입하여 미세 플라스틱을 제거하는 바, 장치를 가볍고 간단하게 하는 것이 가능하게 된다. 모래와 미세 플라스틱이 흡입부 및 싸이클론 하우징에서 2번에 걸쳐 사전 대전되므로 모래와 미세 플라스틱의 대전경향의 차이가 커지게 됨에 따라 미세 플라스틱 분리부에서 모래와 미세 플라스틱을 정전방식으로 제거할 때 미세 플라스틱의 분리 효율이 증대되는 효과를 가진다.

본 발명은 해안가의 모래에서 미세 플라스틱을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 장치를 제공하는 것을 기술적 과제로 한다. 본 발명은 전술한 과제를 해결하기 위해 해안가 모래에 포함된 미세 플라스틱을 제거하기 위한 제거장치로서, 주행가능하게 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 전방에 설치되며 미세 플라스틱이 포함된 모래를 흡입하기 위한 흡입부와, 상기 흡입부와 연결되어 상기 흡입부를 통해 유입된 모래와 미세 플라스틱을 대전하는 사전 대전부와, 상기 사전 대전부와 연결되어 모래와 미세 플라스틱을 분리하는 미세 플라스틱 분리부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에서는 전술한 구성으로 인해 미세 플라스틱이 포함된 모래를 모두 퍼올리지 않고 해안가 표면의 모래만을 유입하여 미세 플라스틱을 제거하는 바, 장치를 가볍고 간단하게 하는 것이 가능하게 된다. 모래와 미세 플라스틱이 흡입부 및 싸이클론 하우징에서 2번에 걸쳐 사전 대전되므로 모래와 미세 플라스틱의 대전경향의 차이가 커지게 됨에 따라 미세 플라스틱 분리부에서 모래와 미세 플라스틱을 정전방식으로 제거할 때 미세 플라스틱의 분리 효율이 증대되는 효과를 가진다.
