Apparatus for manufacturing exterior panels for walls
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing an exterior panel for a wall. The apparatus includes: a supply part having a mandrel on which a raw steel sheet material is wound; a withdrawal part comprising a towing roller moving the raw steel sheet material on the mandrel by pulling the material while unfolding the material horizontally; a molding part pressing the surface of the raw steel sheet material discharged from the withdrawal part to form a groove to form a panel; a panel transfer part having a plurality of transfer rollers to transfer the panel with the groove formed therein by the molding part, while stabilizing the panel such that the panel can be kept flat; a coating part coating the surface of the panel transferred from the panel transfer part, with a protection layer such that the surface thereof can have corrosion resistance; a drying part drying the panel coated with the protection layer, which is discharged from the coating part, while hardening the protection layer; a cutting part including a cutter cutting the panel while transferring the panel discharged from the drying part; a panel extraction part standing a plurality of supports, which support the completely cut panel, in a vertical direction such that the panel can be vertically placed while spaced apart therefrom; a transfer part placed on the other side of the panel extraction part to receive and transfer the discharged panel; a clamp clamping the panel of the transfer part; and a collection part transferring the clamp to a holder along a support frame to load the clamp thereinto. Therefore, the present invention is capable of embodying an elegant exterior of a building with an exterior panel manufactured through the apparatus.
본 발명은 벽체용 외장 판넬의 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 강판 원재료가 권취된 맨드럴이 구비되는 공급부; 상기 맨드럴의 강판 원재료를 수평하게 펼치면서 끌어당겨 이동시키는 견인롤러로 구성된 인출부; 상기 인출부에서 배출된 강판 원재료의 표면에 가압하여 골을 형성하여 판넬을 형성하는 성형가공부; 다수의 이송롤러가 형성되어 상기 성형가공부에서 골이 형성된 판넬을 운반하면서 판넬이 평평하게 유지되도록 안정화시키는 판넬이송부; 상기 판넬이송부에서 이송된 판넬의 표면에 부식저항을 갖도록 보호층을 코팅시켜 형성하는 코팅부; 상기 코팅부에서 배출되는 보호층이 코팅된 판넬을 건조시키면서 보호층을 경화시키는 건조부; 상기 건조부에서 배출되는 판넬을 이송하면서 절단시키는 커터를 구비한 절단부; 절단이 완료된 판넬을 지지하는 다수의 서포트가 수직방향으로 세워지도록 하여 판넬이 수직으로 거치되되 이격 배치되도록 하는 판넬취출부; 판넬취출부의 타측에 배치되어 배출되는 판넬을 받아 이송하는 이송부; 이송부의 판넬을 협지하는 클램프 및 클램프를 기대를 따라 이송하여 거치대로 이송하여 적재시키는 수거부;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing an exterior panel for a wall. The apparatus includes: a supply part having a mandrel on which a raw steel sheet material is wound; a withdrawal part comprising a towing roller moving the raw steel sheet material on the mandrel by pulling the material while unfolding the material horizontally; a molding part pressing the surface of the raw steel sheet material discharged from the withdrawal part to form a groove to form a panel; a panel transfer part having a plurality of transfer rollers to transfer the panel with the groove formed therein by the molding part, while stabilizing the panel such that the panel can be kept flat; a coating part coating the surface of the panel transferred from the panel transfer part, with a protection layer such that the surface thereof can have corrosion resistance; a drying part drying the panel coated with the protection layer, which is discharged from the coating part, while hardening the protection layer; a cutting part including a cutter cutting the panel while transferring the panel discharged from the drying part; a panel extraction part standing a plurality of supports, which support the completely cut panel, in a vertical direction such that the panel can be vertically placed while spaced apart therefrom; a transfer part placed on the other side of the panel extraction part to receive and transfer the discharged panel; a clamp clamping the panel of the transfer part; and a collection part transferring the clamp to a holder along a support frame to load the clamp thereinto. Therefore, the present invention is capable of embodying an elegant exterior of a building with an exterior panel manufactured through the apparatus.
