HANGER BAND REPAIRING METHOD FOR SUSPENSION BRIDGE USING HANGER BAND REPAIR APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a suspension bridge cable band repair method using a cable band repair device, which can quickly maintain and repair a cable band for a hanger rope installed so that a bridge deck is suspended from a main cable installed on the suspension bridge while minimizing vehicle control. The construction method comprises the steps of: (a) first installing a small carriage so as to move along the main cable in a self-propelled way at a working point (A) of the suspension bridge, and mounting reaction arm segments of a prefabricated reaction arm on the small carriage; (b) assembling and installing, one by one, the reaction arm segments transported by the small carriage on the main cable in a marked section of the main cable, and installing the prefabricated reaction arm on the main cable; and (c) moving the slipped cable band to an original position (D1) on the main cable using a hydraulic jack of the prefabricated reaction arm assembled and installed at the rear of the cable band.
현수교에 설치되는 주케이블에 교량상판이 매달려 설치되도록 설치되는 행거로프용 케이블밴드를 차량통제를 최소화하면서 신속하게 유지보수할 수 있는 케이블밴드 보수장치를 이용한 현수교 케이블밴드 보수방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 시공방법은 (a) 현수교의 작업시점(A)에서 주케이블을 따라 자주식으로 이동할 수 있도록 소형 운반대차를 먼저 설치하고, 조립식 반력대의 반력대 세그먼트를 소형 운반대차에 탑재하는 단계; (b) 주케이블의 마킹된 구간에 소형 운반대차에 의하여 운반된 반력대 세그먼트를 주케이블상에 1개씩 조립 설치하여 조립식 반력대를 주케이블에 설치하는 단계; 및 (c) 케이블 밴드 후방에 조립 설치된 조립식 반력대의 유압잭을 이용하여 슬립된 케이블밴드를 주케이블 상에서 원위치(D1)로 이동시키는 단계;를 포함한다.
