ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY WEED PROOFING WALKING MAT
The present invention relates to an environment-friendly weed proofing walking mat which is able to install a weed proofing sheet made of environmentally-friendly materials on the lower surface of a mat mainframe, prevent weed growth while being installed on a sidewalk, and properly prevent secondary environmental pollution by the weed proofing sheet. According to the present invention, the environmentally-friendly weed proofing walking mat comprises: a mat mainframe made by weaving ropes made of coconut fiber materials in a transversal direction and a longitudinal direction; and a weed proofing sheet attached to a lower surface of the mat mainframe, and made of biodegradable materials. The weed proofing sheet is formed as a flat sheet by vertically compressing a mixture of 70-80 wt% of coconut fiber of a length of 1-5 cm, 5-10 wt% of coconut peat powder, 1-3 wt% of biodegradable resin, 0.1-0.5 wt% of environmentally-friendly preservative, and 0.1-0.5 wt% of environmentally-friendly sterilizer at a high temperature and a high pressure.
본 발명은 매트본체의 하면에 친환경 소재의 방초시트를 설치하여 보행로에 설치된 상태에서 방초가 이루어지도록 하면서 방초시트에 의한 2차적인 환경오염이 적절히 방지되도록 하는 친환경 방초 보행매트에 관한 것으로, 본 친환경 방초 보행매트는 야자 섬유 재질의 로프를 가로와 세로로 직조하여 형성되는 매트본체와; 상기 매트본체의 하면에 부착되고, 생분해성 재질로 이루어지는 방초시트를; 포함하고, 상기 방초시트는, 1 내지 5cm 길이의 야자 섬유 70 내지 80중량%, 코코피트 분말 5 내지 10중량%, 생분해성 수지 1 내지 3중량%, 친환경 방부제 0.1 내지 0.5중량%, 친환경 살균제 0.1 내지 0.5중량%가 혼합된 혼합물을 고온 고압 상태에서 상하로 압축하여 평평한 시트로 형성된다.
