DOUBLE EARTHQUAKE PROOF WINDOWS WITH INSULATION PERFORMANCE
The present invention relates to a double earthquake-resistant window with improved glass safety and thermal insulation performance. The present invention combines a thermal insulation cushioning material (20, 20a) in a window frame (10, 10a) in a press molding method while forming a supporter (40) for supporting a glass panel and a buffer block (50) on the horizontal side window frame (10a) to exhibit a thermal cross-blocking effect and resist damage to the glass panel. Thus, it is possible to prevent damage to the glass panel due to an earthquake-resistant buffering action in an aluminum window frame, which is weak in thermal insulation, thereby improving glass safety and thermal insulation performance.
본 발명은 유리 안전성 및 단열 성능을 향상시킨 이중 내진 창호에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 창호 프레임(10, 10a)에서 단열완충재(20, 20a)를 가압성형방식으로 결합하면서, 수평측 창호 프레임(10a)에 유리패널 지지용 서포터(40)와 완충블록(50)를 형성하여 열교차단 효과와 유리패널의 파손에 대한 저항성을 발휘할 수 있도록 함으로써, 단열이 취약한 알루미늄 창호 프레임에서 내진 완충 작용으로 유리패널의 파손을 방지할 수 있게 되어 유리 안전성 및 단열 성능을 향상시킨다.
