The present invention relates to a floor construction method. The provided floor construction method of a new building or a remodeled building comprises the following steps of: installing a wire mesh on an area to be pacakged; forming a structure floor by laying a flooring material on the area to be pacakged to cover the wire mesh; leveling and grinding the surface of the structure floor; applying a surface reinforcing agent to the level-grinded surface of the structure floor; and polishing and grinding the surface of the structure floor to which the surface reinforcing agent is applied. The present invention relates to the floor construction method of the new building or the remodeled building, which can efficiently pave the surface of the structure floor.
