The present invention relates to a clamping device for stably fixing an overhead distribution line, comprising: a temporary wire unit (100) installed on an armband (2) fixed to a telephone pole (1) by means of a fixing means such as bolts and nuts to insulate the armband (2) and an overhead wire (L) not to be in contact with each other and electrically connecting the overhead wire (L) and a jumper line (J) to each other; a current flow checking unit (200) installed to envelop a jumper line supporting pipe (137) and detecting current flowing along the jumper line (J) to notify the same; a fire detection sensor (300) installed on a cover connection part (132) to detect a fire; and a fire extinguisher (400) including a fire hose (410) installed on an insulating cover (140) and having the operation thereof controlled by a control part (220) to spray fire-extinguishing liquid into the insulating cover (140) through the fire hose (410). Accordingly, the flow of current can be checked visually to reduce the danger of electric shocks during work, current flowing along the jumper line (J) can be detected to grasp the position of the cutting of a wire, the position of the jumper line (J) can be adjusted freely to reduce interference during work, and a fire can be detected immediately and can be extinguished swiftly to minimize damage caused by a fire.
본 발명은 전신주(1)에 고정된 완금(2)에 고정수단(볼트 및 너트)을 매개로 설치되어 완금(2)과 가공전선(L)이 사로 접촉되지 않게 절연하고, 가공전선(L)과 점퍼선(J)을 전기적으로 상호 연결해주는 전선가설유닛(100); 점퍼선지지관(137)을 감싸도록 설치되어 점퍼선(J)을 따라 흐르는 전류를 감지해 이를 알려주는 전류흐름확인유닛(200); 커버연결부(132)에 설치되어 화재를 감지하는 화재감지센서(300); 절연커버(140)에 설치되는 소방호스(410)를 갖추고서, 제어부(220)에 의해 동작제어되어 소방호스(410)를 통해 절연커버(140)의 내부로 소화액을 분사하는 소화기(400);로 구성된 가공배전라인의 안정적 고정을 위한 클램핑장치에 관한 것으로서, 이에 의하면 전류의 흐름을 시각적으로 확인할 수 있어 작업시 감전위험을 낮출 수 있고, 점퍼선(J)을 따라 흐르는 전류를 감지하여 단선위치를 쉽게 파악할 수 있으며, 점퍼선(J)의 위치를 자유롭게 조정할 수 있어 작업시 간섭을 줄일 수 있으며, 화재발생시 이를 즉각적으로 감지 및 신속하게 진압할 수 있어 화재로 인한 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
