본 발명은 금속 도금 강판; 및 상기 금속 도금 강판 상에 형성된 미끄럼방지층;을 포함하며, 상기 미끄럼방지층은 열경화성 수지, 표면 개질된 코디어라이트, 표면 개질된 골재, 및 에폭시기 함유 다면체 올리고머 실세스퀴옥산(polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, POSS)을 포함하는 것인, 미끄럼방지성능과 내마모성이 우수한 열경화성 수지 기반 미끄럼 방지구에 관한 것이다.
