Shade Structures
An objective of the present invention is to provide a shade facility which can safely perform work for practically fixing a shade screen for forming shade on the ground after temporarily installing the shade screen. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the shade facility comprises: a post (10) functioning as a pillar; a girder (20) horizontally arranged on an upper portion of the post (10); a plate (30) installed on one end of the girder (20), and provided with a first and a second guide hole (32, 34) formed therethrough; a pulley (36) installed on the plate (30); a shade screen (40) spread above the girder (20) to form shade; a first skid (50) arranged above the shade screen (40) and provided with a first bracket (54) formed on an upper portion thereof; a second skid (52) arranged underneath the shade screen (40), provided with a second bracket (56) formed on a lower portion thereof, and assembled with the first skid (50); a jaw unit (60) having a jaw head (62) installed on the first bracket (54) and a jaw shaft (64) arranged to penetrate the first guide hole (32); a cable (70) wherein one side thereof is tied to the second bracket (56), and the other side thereof is arranged to pass through the second guide hole (34) and wind on the pulley (36) to pass; and a hand winch (80) installed on the post (10), winding and pulling the cable (70) by a handle operation, and preventing the cable (70) from loosening even when the handle operation is stopped.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차양 시설은, 기둥 역할을 하는 포스트(10); 포스트(10)의 상부에 수평 방향으로 배치된 거더(20); 거더(20)의 한쪽 끝에 설치되고, 제1, 2 가이드 홀(32, 34)이 뚫려 형성된 플레이트(30); 플레이트(30)에 설치된 풀리(36); 거더(20)의 위에 펼쳐져 그늘을 형성하는 차양막(40); 차양막(40)의 위쪽에 배치되고 상부에 제1 브래킷(54)이 형성된 제1 스키드(50); 차양막(40)의 아래쪽에 배치되고 하부에 제2 브래킷(56)이 형성되며 제1 스키드(50)와 조립되는 제2 스키드(52); 조 헤드(62)가 제1 브래킷(54)에 설치되고 조 샤프트(64)가 제1 가이드 홀(32)에 관통하도록 배치되는 조 유닛(60); 한쪽이 제2 브래킷(56)에 묶이고, 다른 한쪽이 제2 가이드 홀(34)을 통과하고 풀리(36)에 감겨서 지나도록 배치된 케이블(70); 및 포스트(10)에 설치되고 핸들 조작으로 케이블(70)을 감아 당기며 핸들 조작을 멈추더라도 케이블(70)의 풀림이 방지되도록 하는 핸드 윈치(80)를 포함한다.
