The present invention relates to a steel pipe multi-step grouting apparatus. According to the present invention, the steel pipe multi-step grouting apparatus comprises: a steel pipe member having one end closed and having an accommodation space inside; an inner packer unit installed in the steel pipe member, and dividing the accommodation space and forming a plurality of rooms; an injection unit installed on the steel pipe member, and providing a filling material into the rooms; and a caulking packer unit installed outside the steel pipe member, and expanding by the filling material discharged from the steel pipe member. The caulking packer unit can include: an elastic member surrounding a circumference of the steel pipe member, and providing elastic force in a radiating direction as of the steel pipe member; an expansion member covering the elastic member, and installed outside the steel pipe member, and expanding by the elastic force of the elastic member; and a suppression member detachably engaged with the elastic member, and suppressing the elastic force of the elastic member provided to the expansion member. The present invention aims to provide a steel pipe multi-step grouting apparatus which is capable of performing a high-quality grouting process.
본 발명은 강관 다단 그라우팅 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 강관 다단 그라우팅 장치는 일단이 폐쇄되고, 내부에 수용 공간을 갖는 강관 부재; 상기 강관 부재 내에 설치되고, 상기 수용 공간을 구획하여 복수의 격실들을 형성하는 내부 패커부; 상기 강관 부재에 설치되고, 상기 격실들 내에 충진 물질을 제공하는 주입부; 및 상기 강관 부재의 외부에 설치되고, 상기 강관 부재에서 배출된 상기 충진 물질에 의해 팽창하는 코킹 패커부를 포함하고, 상기 코킹 패커부는, 상기 강관 부재의 둘레를 둘러싸고, 상기 강관 부재를 기준으로 방사 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성 부재; 상기 탄성 부재를 덮으면서 상기 강관 부재의 외부에 설치되고, 상기 탄성부재의 탄성력에 의해 팽창하는 팽창 부재; 및 상기 탄성 부재와 착탈 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 팽창 부재로 제공되는 상기 탄성 부재의 탄성력을 억제하는 억제 부재를 포함할 수 있다.
