Steel Grating with Non Slipping Functuion
The present invention relates to a grating and, more specifically, to a grating with an anti-slip function to prevent slipping caused by dust and foreign substances by preventing dust and foreign substances from accumulating on the top of the grating. The grating with an anti-slip function according to the present invention comprises: a square frame; a plurality of reinforcing ribs provided at regular intervals across the frame; a plurality of cross bars provided in a direction orthogonal to the reinforcing ribs; and a non-slip installed to protrude upward by being inserted into the reinforcing ribs. The non-slip is made of a material having its own elastic restoring force and is formed in a 'C' shape when viewed from the side, so both ends are widened to cover the upper and lower ends of the reinforcing ribs. The grating with an anti-slip function according to the present invention does not accumulate dust and foreign substances even after long-term use, so the anti-slip function continues. The grating is installed by being simply pushed and inserted, so it is very easy to install. The grating is all connected by a connection rod, so the grating does not fall or get lost even if the grating is partially separated.
본 발명은 그레이팅에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 그레이팅 상부에 분진 및 이물질이 쌓이지 않도록 하여 분진 및 이물질에 의해 미끄러지는 현상을 방지하는 미끄럼 방지 기능을 가지는 그레이팅에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 미끄럼 방지 기능을 가지는 그레이팅은, 사각의 틀; 틀을 가로지르며 일정한 간격으로 구비되는 다수의 보강살; 보강살과 직교하는 방향으로 구비되는 다수의 크로스 바; 보강살에 끼워져 상부로 돌출되도록 설치되는 논슬립; 을 포함하되, 상기 논슬립은 자체 탄성 복원력을 가지는 소재로 제조되며 측면에서 볼 때 'C' 모양으로 형성됨으로써 양단을 벌려서 보강살 상하단을 감싸며 설치되도록 한다. 본 발명에 따른 미끄럼 방지 기능을 가지는 그레이팅은 장기간 사용함에도 분진 및 이물질이 쌓이지 않아 미끄럼 기능이 지속되며, 단순히 밀어 끼우는 방식으로 설치되므로 설치가 매우 용이하고, 연결 봉에 의해 모두 연결됨에 따라 부분 이탈하더라도 낙하 및 분실되지 않는 효과가 있다.
