INSTALLATION METHOD OF JACKET STRUCTURE FOR SUPPORTING OFFSHORE STRUCTURE USING STABBING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a stabbing system for installing an offshore jacket structure and a method for installing an offshore jacket structure using the stabbing system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a stabbing system for installing an offshore jacket structure, which aims to fix a jacket leg of the offshore jacket structure inserted into a sea bottom pile embedded into the sea bottom surface on the sea bottom pile, comprising: a stabbing member installed on an outer surface of the jacket leg, and supported by an upper end surface of the sea bottom pile when the jacket leg is inserted into the sea bottom pile; a plurality of vertical grippers installed on the stabbing member, and driven toward an upper end surface of the sea bottom pile, and controlling the horizontality of the jacket leg; a plurality of horizontal grippers installed on the outer circumferential unit side of the stabbing member, and driven toward the outer surface side of the sea bottom pile, and fixing the jacket leg on the sea bottom pile; and a grouting means introducing grout into a space between the jacket leg and the sea bottom pile with the jacket leg fixed in the sea bottom pile. The present invention aims to provide a stabbing system for installing an offshore jacket structure and a method for installing an offshore jacket structure using the stabbing system, which are capable of reducing installation costs.
본 발명은 해양자켓구조물 설치를 위한 스태빙시스템 및 그 스태빙 시스템을 이용한 해양자켓구조물 설치방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 해저면에 기 관입된 해저파일 내부로 삽입되는 해양자켓구조물의 자켓레그를 상기 해저파일에 고정시키기 위한 스태빙 시스템으로서, 상기 자켓레그 외면에 설치되어 상기 자켓레그가 상기 해저파일 내로 삽입되면 상기 해저파일 상부끝단면에 지지되는 스태빙 부재; 상기 스태빙 부재에 복수로 설치되고 상기 해저파일 상부 끝단면 측으로 구동되어 상기 자켓레그의 수평도를 조절하는 수직 그리퍼; 상기 스태빙 부재 외주부 측에 복수로 설치되고, 상기 해저파일 외면 측으로 구동되어 상기 자켓레그를 상기 해저파일에 고정시키는 수평그리퍼; 및 상기 자켓레그가 상기 해저파일 내에 고정된 상태에서, 상기 자켓레그와 상기 해저파일 사이공간에 그라우트를 유입시키는 그라우팅수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해양자켓구조물 설치를 위한 스태빙시스템에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a stabbing system for installing an offshore jacket structure and a method for installing an offshore jacket structure using the stabbing system.
