본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 구조물의 균열, 박락 부위의 방수 및 도장을 위한 보수방법은 구조물의 균열, 콘크리트 부분 박락, 조인트부위와 그 주변의 구조물의 균열 방수 및 도장을 위한 친환경 보수방법에 관한 것으로, 구조물의 균열 주변부에 중성화방지, 방수성능이 우수한 방수제를 침투시켜 방수층을 형성하는 방수층 형성단계 및 균열을 고탄성의 균열충진재 조성물로 충진하여 평활하게 하는 균열충진단계를 포함하며, 방수층은 구조물의 내부 기공에 침투되어 망상구조의 결합을 형성하여 외부의 수분 유입을 차단하고 내부의 잔존 수분은 외부로 배출시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
