The present invention relates to a surface treating composition for road pavement for anti-slip and anti-icing, and a construction method using the same. The surface treating composition for road pavement for anti-slip and anti-icing according to the present invention comprises a base resin, a modified EVA resin, a filler, alumina powder, sugar, a pigment, a thickener, a dispersant, an accelerator, aggregate, bauxite and a reaction initiator. According to the above configuration, the surface treating composition for road pavement for anti-slip and anti-icing of the present invention prevents not only freezing and black ice in winter, but also aquaplaning during the rainy season in summer to be capable of preventing slip accidents and deterioration of road facilities, and has excellent physical properties such as durability and adhesion, so that separation between a road and a pavement does not occur.
본 발명은 미끄럼방지 및 결빙방지를 위한 도로 포장용 표면처리 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 미끄럼방지 및 결빙방지를 위한 도로 포장용 표면처리 조성물은 베이스 수지, 변성 EVA 수지, 충전재, 알루미나 분말, 설탕, 안료, 증점제, 분산제, 촉진제, 골재, 보크사이트 및 반응개시제를 포함한다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명에 따른 미끄럼방지 및 결빙방지를 위한 도로 포장용 표면처리 조성물은 겨울철 결빙 및 블랙아이스 뿐만 아니라 여름철 장마기간의 수막현상도 방지하여 도로의 미끄럼 사고 및 도로 시설물의 열화를 방지할 수 있고, 내구성, 부착성 등 물성이 우수하여 도로와 포장재의 분리가 일어나지 않는다.
