Acrylic-based inserting agent manufacturing method and waterproofing method using thereof
The present invention relates a manufacturing method of an acrylic injection material for waterproofing construction, which comprises the steps of: preparing 100 parts by weight of a cement mixture by mixing early strength cement and magnesia cement in a volume ratio of 2 : 1; and adding and mixing, to 100 parts by weight of the cement mixture, 70 to 90 parts by weight of acrylamide, 60 to 80 parts by weight of silica sand, 50 to 70 parts by weight of tetrahydrofuran, 40 to 60 parts by weight of 1,4-dioxane, 30 to 50 parts by weight of acrylonitrile, 20 to 40 parts by weight of methacrylonitrile, 10 to 30 parts by weight of methyl magnesium iodide, 10 to 30 parts by weight of polyethylene terephthalate, and 10 to 30 parts by weight of naphthalene-1,5-diisocyanate based on 100 parts by weight of the cement mixture.
본 발명에 의하면, 조강 시멘트와 마그네시아 시멘트가 2:1의 부피비로 혼합되어 시멘트혼합물 100중량부가 준비되는 단계와; 상기 시멘트혼합물 100중량부에 상기 시멘트혼합물 100중량부를 기준으로 각각 아크릴아마이드 70~90중량부, 규사 60~80중량부, 테트라이드로퓨란 50~70중량부, 1,4-다이옥산 40~60중량부, 아크릴로니트릴 30~50중량부, 메타아크릴로니트릴 20~40중량부, 메틸마그네슘아이오다이드 10~30중량부, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 10~30중량부 및 나프탈렌-1,5-디이소시아네이트 10~30중량부가 첨가 및 혼합되는 단계를 포함하는 차수 시공용 아크릴계 주입재 제조방법이 제공된다.
