UNDER SLEEPER PAD FOR RAIL BALLAST USING RUBBER PAD WITH PENETRATION HOLE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a sleeper pad using a nonwoven fabric fusion type rubber pad and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, by fusing the non-woven fabric of the sleeper pad, in which the non-woven fabric and the rubber pad are integrally formed, to the bottom of a concrete sleeper, it is possible to secure the adhesive force between the rubber pad and the concrete sleeper, and to adjust the embedment depth of the rubber pad on the surface of the concrete sleeper, thereby effectively securing the manufacturing quality of sleeper pads.
부직포와 고무패드를 서로 일체로 형성시킨 침목패드의 부직포를 콘크리트 침목 저면에 융착시켜 고무패드와 콘크리트 침목의 부착력을 확보할 수 있으면서, 콘크리트 침목 표면에 고무패드의 매입깊이를 조정할 수 있도록 함으로서 침목패드의 제작 품질을 효과적으로 확보할 수 있는 부직포 융착형 고무패드를 이용한 침목패드 및 그 시공방법이 개시된다.

Disclosed are a sleeper pad using a nonwoven fabric fusion type rubber pad and a construction method thereof. 부직포와 고무패드를 서로 일체로 형성시킨 침목패드의 부직포를 콘크리트 침목 저면에 융착시켜 고무패드와 콘크리트 침목의 부착력을 확보할 수 있으면서, 콘크리트 침목 표면에 고무패드의 매입깊이를 조정할 수 있도록 함으로서 침목패드의 제작 품질을 효과적으로 확보할 수 있는 부직포 융착형 고무패드를 이용한 침목패드 및 그 시공방법이 개시된다.
