The present invention relates to a sound insulating material composition with improved sound insulation properties and the long-term retention of the sound insulation properties by comprising a heterogeneous foam resin including foamable polyurethane and a sound insulating material between floors of a building using the same. According to the present invention, noise between floors is effectively suppressed and heat resistance is improved to prevent the deterioration of sound insulation performance in the long term so that the sound insulation properties are retained for a long period of time by compounding and using a material with a low dynamic modulus of elasticity. Therefore, a building floor structure suitable for a lifespan of a building of 40 years or more can be provided.
본 발명은 발포성 폴리우레탄을 포함한 이종의 발포성 수지를 포함하여 차음성 및 차음성의 장기 유지성이 향상된 차음재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 건축물의 층간 차음재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 동탄성 계수가 낮은 소재를 복합화하여 사용하는 것에 의해 층간 소음을 효과적으로 억제하면서도 내열성도 향상하여 장기적으로 차음 성능의 저하를 방지하여 차음성이 장기간 유지되므로, 40년 이상의 건축물의 수명에 적합한 건축용 바닥 구조체를 제공하는 것이 가능해진다.
