The present invention relates to a hydraulic rock breaker with an improved structure, which has a simple operating structure and can break (split) rocks easily and quickly. To solve the problem, the hydraulic rock breaker with an improved structure according to the present invention comprises: a rectangular box-shaped main body having a predetermined vertical length; a hydraulic device installed on an upper part of the main body so that a lifting rod is drawn in and out of an inner side of the main body; a lifting unit having a predetermined length up and down installed at a lower end of the lifting rod while being located inside the main body; and a rock splitting unit installed on the main body to be located at a lower part of the lifting unit and configured so that an upper end or upper and lower ends gradually open or open according to the depth by which the lifting unit is lowered and inserted.
본 발명은 동작 구조가 간단하면서도 암반을 쉽고 빠르게 파쇄(분할)할 수 있는 구조 개선된 유압식 암반 브레이커에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 구조 개선된 유압식 암반 브레이커는, 상하로 소정 길이를 가지는 사각 박스 모양의 본체; 상기 본체의 상부에 설치되어 상기 본체의 내측에서 승강로드가 인입출되도록 설치되는 유압장치; 상기 본체의 내측에 위치되면서 상기 승강로드의 하단에 설치되는 상하 소정 길이의 승강유닛; 및 상기 승강유닛의 하부에 위치되도록 상기 본체에 설치되면서 상기 승강유닛이 하강되어 삽입되는 깊이에 따라 점진적으로 상단 또는 상하단이 벌어지도록 구성되는 할암유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
