Safety door for preventing overturn
The present invention relates to a door installed on an entrance of a building and, more specifically, to a door having a built-in overturn prevention means, which can restrict the falling action of the door to a predetermined range if the door is detached from a frame and falls over due to damage to a hinge pin, to prevent accidents, thereby increasing stability, and can have the overturn prevention means built in the frame, thereby making the exterior neat and providing even a pre-installed door with an overturn prevention function. The door having a built-in overturn prevention means comprises: a frame (1) forming an access space; a door (2) for opening and closing the access space of the frame (1); a hinge pin (3) for coupling the door (2) to the frame (1) to be rotatable; and the overturn prevention means (4) including a fixture (10) which is provided on the inside of the frame (1), a fixing plate (20) which is provided on the door (2), a fixing wire (30) which connects the fixture (10) to the fixing plate (20), and a bushing (60) which is fastened to a through-hole formed in the frame (1) and protects the frame (1) and the fixing wire (30) by passing the fixing wire (30) therethrough, and which is for restricting the range of a fall to the length of the fixing wire (30) when the door (2) is overturned due to the breakage of a hinge.
본 발명은 건물의 출입구에 설치되는 출입문에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 힌지핀의 파손으로 도어가 프레임에서 이탈되어 쓰러지는 전도 발생시에 도어의 전도작용을 일정범위로 제한하여 안전사고를 방지할 수 있도록 안정성을 높이고, 전도방지수단은 프레임에 내장되어서 외관이 깔끔하고, 기설치된 출입문에도 전도방지 기능을 구현할 수 있는 내장형 전도방지수단을 구비한 출입문에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 내장형 전도방지수단을 구비한 출입문은 출입공간을 형성하는 프레임(1); 상기 프레임(1)의 출입공간을 개폐하는 도어(2); 상기 도어(2)를 상기 프레임(1)이 회전 가능하게 결합시키는 힌지핀(3); 상기 프레임(1)의 내측에 구비되는 고정쇠(10), 상기 도어(2)에 구비되는 고정판(20), 상기 고정쇠(10)와 고정판(20) 연결하는 고정와이어(30), 상기 프레임(1)에 형성된 통공에 체결되며 상기 고정와이어(30)가 관통하여서 상기 프레임(1) 및 고정와이어(30)를 보호하는 부싱(60)을 포함하고, 상기 힌지의 파손으로 상기 도어(2)가 전도될 때 상기 고정와이어(30)를 길이로 전도범위를 제한하는 전도방지수단(4);을 포함하여 이루어진다.
