The present invention relates to a urethane coating waterproofing material with high adhesion and flexibility, comprising a first liquid comprising a plurality of polyols having different molecular weights, a plasticizer, an isocyanate, dimethyl carbonate, and a chain extender; and a second liquid comprising a plurality of polyols having different molecular weights, a plasticizer, dimethyl carbonate, an adhesive agent, a filler, and an additive; a double composite waterproofing sheet including the same, and a composite waterproofing method using the same. The urethane coating waterproofing material with high adhesion and flexibility of the present invention has the advantage of maintaining high adhesiveness and flexibility even after construction due to controlled curing, thereby having an excellent response to the behavior of structures and no water leakage or oil leakage problems.
본 발명은, 상이한 분자량을 갖는 복수의 폴리올, 가소제, 이소시아네이트, 디메틸카보네이트 및 사슬연장제를 포함하는 제1액; 및 상이한 분자량을 갖는 복수의 폴리올, 가소제, 디메틸카보네이트, 접착부여제, 충전제 및 첨가제를 포함하는 제2액;을 포함하는, 고점착 유연 특성을 지닌 우레탄 도막방수재, 이를 포함하는 이중 복합 방수 시트 및 이를 이용한 복합 방수 공법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 고점착 유연 특성을 지닌 우레탄 도막방수재는 경화가 조절되어 시공 후에도 높은 접착성과 유연성이 유지되어, 구조물의 거동에 대한 대응성이 우수하며, 누수, 누유의 문제가 없는 장점이 있다.
