A coupling unit for a modular building according to the present invention comprises: a lower-side coupling bracket consisting of a lower-side first side plate and a lower-side second side plate, which are erected vertically and are arranged in parallel, a lower-side connection plate for connecting the lower-side first side plate and the lower-side second side plate, and a lower-side inclined plate for connecting a middle end of the lower-side first side plate and an upper end of the lower-side second side plate, to be combined with an upper end of a lower-side structure; and an upper-side coupling bracket consisting of an upper-side first side plate and an upper-side second side plate, which are erected vertically and are arranged in parallel, an upper-side connection plate for connecting the upper-side first side plate and the upper-side second side plate, and an upper-side inclined plate for connecting a middle end of the upper-side second side plate and a lower end of the upper-side first side plate, to be combined with a lower end of an upper-side structure. Using the coupling unit for a modular building and a method for assembling a modular building using the same according to the present invention, an upper-side structure can be mounted on an accurate position when the upper-side structure is lifted using a crane and is mounted on a lower-side structure, and the upper-side structure and the lower-side structure are combined integrally and securely with each other, thereby improving the durability of the entire structure.

본 발명에 의한 모듈러 건축물용 체결유닛은, 수직으로 세워져 평행하게 배열되는 하측 제1 측판 및 하측 제2 측판과, 상기 하측 제1 측판과 하측 제2 측판을 연결하는 하측 연결판과, 상기 하측 제1 측판의 중단과 상기 하측 제2 측판의 상단을 연결하는 하측 경사판으로 구성되어, 하측 구조물의 상단에 결합되는 하측 체결브라켓; 수직으로 세워져 평행하게 배열되는 상측 제1 측판 및 상측 제2 측판과, 상기 상측 제1 측판과 상측 제2 측판을 연결하는 상측 연결판과, 상기 상측 제2 측판의 중단과 상기 상측 제1 측판의 하단을 연결하는 상측 경사판으로 구성되어, 상측 구조물의 하단에 결합되는 상측 체결브라켓;을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 모듈러 건축물용 체결유닛 및 이를 이용한 모듈러 건축물 조립방법을 이용하면, 상측 구조물을 크레인으로 인양하여 하측 구조물 상에 안착시킬 때 상기 상측 구조물을 정확한 지점에 안착시킬 수 있고, 상측 구조물과 하측 구조물이 일체로 견고하게 결합되므로 전체 구조물의 내구성이 향상된다는 장점이 있다.
