The present invention relates to a mine filling material capable of remarkably improving workability and stability of product quality. The mine filling material comprises: 5 to 20 wt% of cement; 10 to 30 wt% of a boiler fly ash; 50 to 80 wt% of a boiler bottom material; 1 to 5 wt% of an expansion material; and 0.3 to 3 wt% of a water reducing admixture.
