The present invention relates to a parking management and crime response system that enables efficient parking management and crime response by installing a multifunctional smart pole in an on-street parking lot and managing a parking area and the surroundings. A parking management and crime response system using a smart pole according to the present invention includes: a smart pole that generates image information by capturing an image of the surroundings including a parking area with a camera while installed in an on-street parking lot, transmits the generated image information to a management server, and receives and displays the fare information transmitted from the management server so that a driver of a vehicle can settle a bill; and a management server that receives and analyzes video information transmitted from smart poles to manage parking for parked vehicles, calculates parking fees, generates and transmits rate information, determines the occurrence of a criminal situation and enables on-site responses.
본 발명은 다기능의 스마트폴을 노상 주차장에 설치하고 주차 구역과 그 주변을 관리하도록 하여 효율적인 주차 관리와 범죄의 대응이 될 수 있도록 하는 주차 관리 및 범죄 대응 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 스마트폴을 이용하는 주차 관리 및 범죄 대응 시스템은 노상 주차장에 설치된 상태에서 주차 구역을 포함하는 주변의 영상을 카메라로 촬영하여 영상 정보를 생성하고, 생성된 영상 정보를 관리 서버로 전송하며, 관리 서버로부터 전송되는 요금 정보를 수신 및 표시하여 차량의 운전자가 정산 처리할 수 있도록 하는 스마트폴 및, 스마트폴로부터 전송되는 영상 정보를 수신 및 분석하여 주차된 차량에 대한 주차 관리를 실시하고, 주차 요금을 계산하여 요금 정보를 생성 및 전송하며, 범죄 상황의 발생을 판단하여 현장에서의 대응이 발생할 수 있도록 하는 관리 서버를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
