PREFABRICATED CONNECTIONS OF PARTITION
The present invention relates to a partition connector for connecting a panel of a partition configured by connecting a plurality of panels. The partition connector consists of a channel bar and a cap. The channel bar includes: a channel bar body having an oblong shape being in contact with the end of the panel; a first cover part protruding from a lower side surface of the channel bar body to be in contact with a rear surface of the end of the panel; a pair of protrusion parts arranged above the channel bar body and protruding inward to be inserted into the cap. The cap includes: a cap body formed to envelop the upper part of the channel bar; a combination part protruding below the center of the cap body to be combined with the protrusion parts; and a second cover part protruding from a side surface of the cap body to be in contact with a front surface of the end of the panel. Disclosed is a partition connector with such an assembly structure that the panel is inserted into the side surface of the channel bar and the protrusion parts are inserted into the combination part to combine the cap with the upper part of the channel bar, thereby fixing the panel. Therefore, time and work force required for the construction of a partition can be reduced.
본 발명은 연속되는 복수의 패널이 연결되어 구성되는 파티션의 패널을 연결하는 파티션 연결구에 있어서, 상기 파티션 연결구는 채널바와 캡으로 구성되되, 상기 채널바는, 상기 패널의 단부가 맞닿는 장방형의 채널바바디와, 상기 채널바바디의 하측면에서 돌출되어 상기 패널의 단부 후면과 접촉하도록 형성되는 제1커버부와, 상기 채널바바디의 상부에 구비되어 상기 캡과 끼워질 수 있도록 내측을 향하도록 돌출된 한쌍의 돌기부를 포함하고, 상기 캡은, 상기 채널바의 상부를 덮을 수 있도록 형성되는 캡바디와, 상기 캡바디의 중앙 하부로 돌출되어 상기 돌기부가 결합되는 결합부와, 상기 캡바디의 측면에서 돌출되어 상기 패널의 단부 전면과 접촉하도록 형성되는 제2커버부를 포함하여, 상기 채널바의 측면에 패널을 삽입하고 상기 돌기부를 상기 결합부에 끼워넣어 상기 캡을 상기 채널바의 상부에 결합하는 것으로 상기 패널을 고정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립구조로 이루어진 파티션 연결구를 개시한다.

The present invention relates to a partition connector for connecting a panel of a partition configured by connecting a plurality of panels. The partition connector consists of a channel bar and a cap. The channel bar includes: a channel bar body having an oblong shape being in contact with the end of the panel; a first cover part protruding from a lower side surface of the channel bar body to be in contact with a rear surface of the end of the panel; a pair of protrusion parts arranged above the channel bar body and protruding inward to be inserted into the cap. Disclosed is a partition connector with such an assembly structure that the panel is inserted into the side surface of the channel bar and the protrusion parts are inserted into the combination part to combine the cap with the upper part of the channel bar, thereby fixing the panel. Therefore, time and work force required for the construction of a partition can be reduced.
