본 발명은 케이블 자동 인장 시스템 및 자동 인장 방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 각 케이블 간의 정확하고 균일한 장력 도입과, 장력이 도입된 케이블의 추가 인장 작업을 자동화할 수 있는 케이블 자동 인장 시스템 및 자동 인장 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명에 따른 케이블 자동 인장 시스템은, 스트랜드에 장력이 도입되도록 상기 스트랜드를 인장시키는 유압잭과, 상기 유압잭에 유압을 공급하는 유압펌프와, 상기 유압잭에 의해 상기 스트랜드에 도입되는 장력을 측정하는 제1측정부재와, 상기 유압잭에 의해 상기 스트랜드가 인장되는 변위를 측정하는 제2측정부재, 및 상기 제1측정부재와 상기 제2측정부재로부터 데이터를 수신하여 상기 유압잭의 동작을 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함하며, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 제1측정부재로부터 데이터를 수신하여 상기 스트랜드에 목표 장력이 도입될 때까지 상기 유압잭의 동작을 제어하고, 상기 스트랜드에 목표 장력이 도입된 이후에는 상기 제2측정부재로부터 데이터를 수신하여 상기 스트랜드를 일정 변위만큼 추가 인장하게 된다.
The present invention relates to an automatic cable tensioning system and an automatic tensioning method. More specifically, the present invention relates to an automatic cable tensioning system and an automatic tensioning method, which can introduce accurate and uniform tension between respective cables and automate an additional tensioning operation of the cable to which the tension is introduced. The automatic cable tensioning system according to the present invention comprises: a hydraulic jack to tension a strand so that tension is introduced into the strand; a hydraulic pump for supplying hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic jack; a first measuring member for measuring the tension introduced into the strand by the hydraulic jack; a second measuring member for measuring displacement of the strand tensioned by the hydraulic jack; and a controller for controlling the operation of the hydraulic jack by receiving data from the first measuring member and the second measuring member. The controller receives data from the first measuring member and controls the operation of the hydraulic jack until a target tension is introduced into the strand, and receives the data from the second measuring member and further tensions the strand by a predetermined displacement after the target tension is introduced into the strand.

The present invention relates to an automatic cable tensioning system and an automatic tensioning method.
