ROTATING TYPE HANDRAIL
The present invention relates to a safety handrail in which a gripping plate (20) for pedestrians is installed in the middle of a wall-type barrier (10). An elastic force is applied to the rotatable gripping plate (20), and when the weight of a pedestrian acts on the gripping plate (20), the gripping plate (20) rotates downward and the outer surface of the gripping plate (20) forms a steep slope which is vertical or close to vertical. When the weight of the pedestrian is removed, the gripping plate (20) is rotated upward to return to an original state thereof. Through the present invention, the gripping plate (20) is configured on the barrier (10) to promote pedestrian convenience, and when a person attempting to leap steps on the gripping plate (20), the gripping plate (20) rotates so that the person attempting to the leap is prevented from passing the barrier (10), thereby suppressing the leap.
본 발명은 벽체식 방책(10)의 중간부에 보행자용 파지판(20)이 설치되는 안전난간에 관한 것으로, 회전 가능한 파지판(20)에 탄발력을 부여하여, 보행자의 체중이 파지판(20)에 작용하면 파지판(20)이 하측으로 회동되면서 파지판(20)의 외측 표면이 수직 또는 수직에 근사한 급경사를 형성하고, 보행자의 체중이 제거되면 파지판(20)이 상방 회동되어 원상태로 복귀될 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 방책(10)에 파지판(20)을 구성하여 보행자의 편의를 도모하면서도, 투신 시도자가 파지판(20)을 밟을 경우 파지판(20)이 회전됨으로써, 투신 시도자가 방책(10)을 넘지 못하여 투신이 억제될 수 있다.
