PreCast Concrete Structure Connecting Device
The present invention relates to a device for connecting a precast concrete structure. The device comprises: a lower joint part joined to a lower portion thereof when precast concrete is assembled, for supporting each of lower joint rebar, which are rebars joined to each other thereinside at a plurality of locations, while the outer circumference of the lower joint rebar is surrounded, and having an upper portion of the lower joint rebar provided in the shape of an expanded head; a spiral part disposed to protrude upward from the inside of the lower joint part, provided in a spiral shape, and inserted and fixed to support the lower joint rebar located in the center thereof while buffering left and right movement by elasticity; an upper joint part disposed in an upper portion thereof joined to the lower joint part, having an upper joint rebar provided in the center thereof to fit the spiral part, and having a lower portion provided in the shape of an expanded head and supported by touching the expanded head of the lower joint part; and a filling part disposed in an inner portion in which the lower joint part and the upper joint part are joined, and filled with a filler to fix the inner portion while after the spiral part is fitted and fixed to the lower joint part, the upper joint part is joined to the lower joint part. Therefore, the device can minimize construction errors, thereby increasing precision.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물 접합장치에 관한 것으로, 프리캐스트 콘크리트의 조립 시에 하부에 접합되는 복수 위치로 내부에 이음되는 철근인 하부접합철근의 바깥둘레를 감싸도록 지지한 상태로 지지하고, 상기 하부접합철근의 상부를 확대머리 형태로 구비한 하부접합부; 상기 하부접합부의 내부에서 상부 방향으로 돌출 배치되어 있으며, 스파이럴 형상으로 구비되어 좌우의 유동을 탄성에 의해 완충시키면서 중앙에 위치한 상기 하부접합철근을 지지하도록 삽입 고정되는 스파이럴부; 상기 하부접합부에 접합되는 상부에 배치되어 있으며, 중앙에 상기 스파이럴부가 삽입되는 상부접합철근을 가지고, 상기 하부접합부의 확대머리와 맞닿아 지지되는 하부에 확대머리 형태로 구비한 상부접합부; 및 상기 하부접합부와 상기 상부접합부의 접합된 내부에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 하부접합부에 상기 스파이럴부를 삽입 고정한 후 상기 상부접합부를 접합한 상태에서 내부를 고정하기 위해서 충진물질을 충진하는 충진부;를 포함한다.
