APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CALCULATING HEAT SUPPLY QUANTITY FOR COLD WEATHER CONCRETE CURING
The present invention relates to a device and a method for calculating an amount of heat supplied by heating concrete in the winter season. In particular, when a temperature difference between the inside and outside of a curing house is calculated and falls below a set value by supplying heat with a hot air fan in advance before start of rapid heat recovery, the temperature difference is determined as a temperature difference between the inside and outside of a representative curing house. A heat loss coefficient is obtained by dividing heat supplied by a hot air blower by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the representative curing house, and the obtained heat loss coefficient is multiplied by a variable temperature difference between the inside and outside of the curing house to calculate the amount of heat supplied to the concrete heat supply. An objective of the present invention is to improve the quality of concrete curing by preventing overdrying due to excessive heat supply by minimizing uncertainty in heat loss calculation.
본 발명은 동절기 콘크리트 급열 보양 공급 열량 산출 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 급열 보양의 착수 전에 미리 열풍기로 열량을 공급하여 양생 가옥 내외부의 온도차를 계산하고 설정값 이하가 되었을 때 해당 온도 차를 대표 양생 가옥 내외부 온도차로 결정하고, 열풍기 공급 열량을 대표 양생 가옥 내외부 온도차로 나누어 열 손실 계수를 획득하고, 획득된 열 손실 계수에 가변되는 양생 가옥 내외부 온도 차를 곱셈하여 콘크리트 급열 보양 공급 열량을 산출하는 동절기 콘크리트 급열 보양 공급 열량 산출 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
