2 TRASH RAKE AND EXTRANEOUS MATTER REMOVING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a trash rake for a power plant and a foreign material removing method using the same, wherein the trash rake includes a main body which elevates along a bar screen, a fork which is coupled to the main body to be able to rotate around a rotary shaft and removes foreign materials accumulated on the bar screen, a first driving unit which lifts the main body and the fork, and a second driving unit which rotates the fork, and the trash rake is configured such that the fork is vertically aligned during descent of the main body and rotates around the rotary shaft by the second driving unit during ascent of the main body, thereby raking foreign materials accumulated on the bar screen, and the collected foreign materials are discharged by a dumping operation, so that foreign materials accumulated on the bar screen are raked and removed by descending and ascending the trash rake, thus ensuring smooth water intake and improving the working speed and efficiency of foreign material removal work.
발전소용 트래쉬 랙 및 그를 이용한 이물질 제거방법에 관한 것으로, 바 스크린을 따라 승강 동작하는 본체, 상기 본체에 회전축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되어 바 스크린에 쌓인 이물질을 제거하는 포크, 상기 본체와 포크를 승강 동작시키는 제1 구동부 및 상기 포크를 회전 동작시키는 제2 구동부를 포함하고, 상기 포크는 상기 본체의 하강 동작시 수직으로 나란하게 배열되며, 상기 본체의 상승 동작시 상기 제2 구동부에 의해 상기 회전축을 중심으로 회전해서 바 스크린에 쌓인 이물질을 긁어 수거하고, 덤프 동작에 의해 수거된 이물질을 배출하는 구성을 마련하여, 트래쉬 랙을 하강 및 상승 동작시켜 바 스크린에 쌓인 이물질을 긁어서 제거해서 원활한 취수를 보장하고, 이물질 제거 작업시 작업 속도 및 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
