The present invention comprises: a safety window device allowing a quantity of solar radiation to be easily introduced and blocked and improving insulation performance; a deck road system enabling a clip to be inserted into a square pipe to improve construction convenience of a deck and maintaining an interval between the clip and a deck material to facilitate construction; and a safety fence device supplying power to a lamp installed in a fence by the power charged by a solar panel installed in a deck fence to improve aesthetic sensation of the fence.
본 발명은 일사량 유입 및 차단이 용이하게 이루어지며, 단열성능을 향상시키기 위한 안전창호장치와, 클립을 각관에 끼워 데크의 시공편의성을 높이고, 클립과 데크재의 간격을 유지시켜 시공이 용이하도록 하는 데크로드시스템와, 데크 난간에 설치되는 태양광패널으로 충전되는 전력으로 난간에 설치되는 조명에 전력을 공급하여 난간이 미려하도록 하기 위한 안전난간장치를 포함한다.
