A tailgate anti-pinch sensor with a contactless sensor is provided. According to the present invention, provided is a tailgate anti-pinch sensor comprising a case arranged to extend up and down on the side of a tailgate and made of an elastic material partially or entirely; and a control unit receiving a signal generated from the case to control opening and closing of the tailgate, wherein the case includes a first electrode disposed on one side inside the case, a second electrode arranged on the other side inside the case so as to face the first electrode, and a hollow part that is a space provided between the first electrode and the second electrode.
