A U-shaped steel pipe girder manufacturing method is disclosed. According to the present invention, the U-shaped steel pipe girder manufacturing method comprises: a first construction step of enabling a plurality of precast concrete blocks to be coupled inside a semi-circular girder at a predetermined interval; a second construction step of connecting the plurality of bent semi-circular girders in a longitudinal direction; a third construction step of using pre-bending load by self-weight after the connected semi-circular girder is held by a previously installed U-shaped girder workbench; a fourth construction step of enabling a web plate to be installed in a longitudinal direction of the semi-circular girder after a web fixing frame is installed in the precast concrete block; and a fifth construction step of removing the precast concrete block while welding an upper plate to an upper portion of the web plate.
U형 강관거더 제작방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 U형 강관거더 제작방법은, 반원형 거더의 내부에 일정한 간격으로 다수 개의 프리캐스트 콘크리트 블록을 결합하는 제1 시공단계, 벤딩된 다수 개의 반원형 거더를 길이방향으로 연결하는 제2 시공단계, 미리 설치된 U형 거더 제작대에 연결된 반원형 거더를 거치 후 자중에 의한 사전굴곡 하중을 도입하는 제3 시공단계, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 블록에 복부 고정 프레임을 설치 후 반원형 거더의 길이방향으로 복부판을 설치하는 제4 시공단계, 복부판의 상부에 상판을 용접하면서 프리캐스트 콘크리트 블록을 제거하는 제 5 시공단계를 포함한다.
