Precasted Basement
The present invention relates to a precast foundation and, more specifically, to a precast foundation, which is fabricated in a precast manner to stably support an upper structure such as a sound barrier while accepting construction errors in a location or a length of a pile inserted into the ground while reducing a construction period. According to the present invention, the precast foundation comprises: several steel piles installed at regular intervals, wherein some are exposed to the ground and the rest are inserted into the ground; a first wall made of precast concrete in a plate shape disposed in an installation direction of the pile at a regular interval from the pile; a second wall made of precast concrete having a cross section of a shape surrounding the pile so that the exposed upper portion of the pile is accommodated therein and coupled to the first wall in a state of wrapping the pile; a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars adjacent to the first wall and the second wall in a vertical direction in a space formed by the first wall and the second wall; horizontal reinforcing bars coupled to the vertical reinforcing bars while surrounding the plurality of vertical reinforcing bars; a reinforcing member reinforcing the vertical reinforcing bar and the horizontal reinforcement to be integrated; a coupling means for structurally connecting the first wall and the second wall; a plurality of anchor bolts for holding which are disposed in the vertical direction while being coupled to the vertical reinforcing bar or the horizontal reinforcing bar, wherein an upper end is exposed to an upper part of the first wall or the second wall; and concrete poured into a space formed by the second wall and the first wall after the second wall and the first wall are coupled by the coupling means.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 기초에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 프리캐스트로 제작되어 시공기간을 단축하면서도 지반에 삽입되는 파일의 위치나 길이의 시공 오차를 수용하면서도 안정적으로 방음벽 등의 상부 구조물을 지지할 수 있는 프리캐스트 기초에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 일정간격으로 여러 개가 설치되며, 지상으로 일부가 노출되고 나머지는 지중에 삽입되는 강재의 파일; 상기 파일로부터 일정한 간격을 두고 상기 파일의 설치방향을 따라 배치되는 판상인 프리캐스트 콘크리트 재질의 제1벽체; 상기 파일의 노출된 상부가 내부에 수용되도록 상기 파일을 감싸는 형상의 단면을 가지며 상기 파일을 감싼 상태로 상기 제1벽체와 결합하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 재질의 제2벽체; 상기 제1벽체와 제2벽체에 의해 형성되는 공간 중 상기 제1벽체와 제2벽체와 인접하게 상하방향으로 배근되는 다수의 수직철근; 상기 다수의 수직철근을 감싸면서 수직철근에 결합하는 수평철근; 상기 수직철근과 수평철근을 일체화할 수 있도록 보강하는 보강부재; 상기 제1벽체와 상기 제2벽체를 구조적으로 결합하기 위한 결합수단; 상기 수직철근 또는 수평철근에 결합한 상태로 상하방향으로 배치되되 상단부는 상기 제1벽체나 제2벽체의 상부로 노출되는 다수의 지주용 앵커볼트; 상기 결합수단에 의해 상기 제2벽체와 상기 제1벽체가 결합한 후 상기 제2벽체와 제1벽체에 의해 형성된 공간에 타설되는 콘크리트; 을 포함하여 구성되는 프리캐스트 기초를 제공한다.
