본 발명에 의한 자동차 충전포트도어용 액추에이터는, 내부공간을 구비하되, 바닥면에 관통공이 형성되는 하우징; 수직으로 세워져 상기 하우징 내부에 자전 가능한 구조로 장착되되 하단이 상기 관통공을 통해 외부로 노출되어 자동차 충전포트도어의 회전축에 연결되며, 중단에 플랜지가 형성되는 회전샤프트; 상기 회전샤프트의 중단을 둘러싸는 링 형상으로 형성되어 상기 플랜지 상에 안착되는 클러치기어; 상기 회전샤프트의 중단이 삽입되는 링 형상으로 형성되어 상기 클러치기어 상에 안착되며, 내측벽이 상기 회전샤프트의 외측면에 결합되어 상기 회전샤프트와 일체로 회전되는 클러치플레이트; 상기 클러치기어를 향하는 방향으로 상기 클러치플레이트에 탄성력을 인가하는 탄성수단; 상기 클러치기어를 회전시키는 구동모터;를 포함하여 구성된다.
An actuator for a charging port door of an automobile according to the present invention comprises: a housing having an inner space and a through-hole in the bottom surface; a vertically erect rotary shaft mounted inside the housing so as to be capable of revolving, wherein the lower end of the rotary shaft is exposed to the outside via the through-hole and connected to a rotation shaft of the charging port door of the automobile, and a flange is formed at the middle end of the rotary shaft; a clutch gear which is formed in a ring shape surrounding the middle end of the rotary shaft and rests on the flange; a clutch plate that rests on the clutch gear and is formed in a ring shape into which the middle end of the rotary shaft is inserted, and the inner wall of which is coupled to the outer surface of the rotary shaft such that the clutch plate rotates integrally with the rotary shaft; an elastic means for applying elastic force to the clutch plate in the direction toward the clutch gear; and a driving motor for rotating the clutch gear.
