Electronic water meter preventing water-stealing
The present invention discloses an electronic water meter capable of preventing water stealing. The electronic water meter includes: a housing unit which has an inlet formed on one side and an outlet formed on the other side; a casing unit which is installed inside the housing and has a plurality of through holes formed on the outer circumferential surface such that water flows therethrough; a flow measuring unit which has an impeller installed inside the casing unit to be able to rotate by a flow of the water passing through, and a rotary shaft, which is axially coupled to the center of the impeller and has a magnet attached to the top thereof; a plate member which covers the housing unit and has a protective cap protruding upwardly from the center to accommodate the magnet; a digital control unit which is coupled to cover the plate member and counts and displays a flow rate by receiving a signal from a sensor unit; and the sensor unit which is detachably connected to the central bottom of the digital control unit. The electronic water meter has a lower portion of an open container shape, a communication hole formed in the upper surface, and a shielding cap made of a magnetic material covering the outer surface of the protective cap to shield external magnetic fields transmitted from the side, such that the magnet is protected from the external magnetic fields. The digital control unit has a sensor mounting groove which protrudes downwardly from the bottom surface of the digital control unit to accommodate the sensor unit, and the sensor mounting groove is introduced through the communication hole and arranged to get in contact with the upper surface of the protective cap, such that the sensor unit is located to be lower than the upper surface of the shielding cap, thereby being protected from the external magnetic fields transmitted from the top.
본 발명은 도수방지 가능한 전자식 수도계량기를 개시한다. 구체적으로, 일측으로 유입구가 형성되고 타측으로 유출구가 형성되는 하우징부와, 상기 하우징부의 내부에 안착되고 외주면에 내부로 유수가 통과되는 통공이 다수개 형성되는 케이싱부와, 상기 케이싱부의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 통과하는 유수의 흐름에 의해 회전하는 임펠라 및 상기 임펠라의 중앙에 축결합되고 상단에 자석이 부착된 회전축으로 구성되는 유량측정부와, 상기 하우징부를 덮고 중앙에는 상기 자석을 수용하도록 상향 돌출된 캡형상의 보호캡이 형성되는 격판부재와, 상기 격판부재를 덮도록 결합되며 센서부로부터 신호를 전달받아 유량을 카운팅하고 표시하는 디지털제어부 및 상기 디지털제어부의 하부 중앙에 탈착 가능하게 접속되는 센서부를 포함하는 전자식 수도계량기에 있어서, 하부가 개방된 용기형상을 이루고 상부면에 연통홀이 형성되며 자성체인 차폐캡이 상기 보호캡의 외측에 씌워져 측면에서 전달되는 외부자기장을 차폐함으로써 상기 자석이 외부자기장으로부터 보호되고, 상기 디지털제어부의 바닥면에 상기 센서부가 수용되도록 하향 돌출되는 센서장착홈이 형성되며, 상기 센서장착홈이 상기 연통홀을 통해 인입되어 상기 보호캡의 상부면과 맞닿도록 배치되어, 상기 센서부가 상기 차폐캡의 상부면보다 낮게 위치함으로써 상측에서 전달되는 외부자기장으로부터 보호되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention discloses an electronic water meter capable of preventing water stealing. The digital control unit has a sensor mounting groove which protrudes downwardly from the bottom surface of the digital control unit to accommodate the sensor unit, and the sensor mounting groove is introduced through the communication hole and arranged to get in contact with the upper surface of the protective cap, such that the sensor unit is located to be lower than the upper surface of the shielding cap, thereby being protected from the external magnetic fields transmitted from the top.
