The present invention relates to a soundproofing panel with improved maintenance, soundproofing equipment including the same, and a construction method thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to easily and quickly replace a transparent plate on a road side, prevent sound leaks in a portion where the transparent plate and a frame are supported, increase coupling strength, and facilitate maintenance work resulting from the replacement of the transparent plate by maintaining the transparent plate at a replacement position according to the size of supports by using a simple structure. The soundproofing panel with improved maintenance comprises: a rectangular transparent plate (10); a frame (20) formed in a rectangular frame shape by upper and lower horizontal parts and left and right vertical parts, and for supporting the perimeter of the transparent plate through a protrusion; a pressing block (30) for supporting the transparent plate toward the protrusion of the frame at the opposite side of the transparent plate supported on the protrusion of the frame; and a fixing bar (40) for supporting the pressing block while being fixed to the frame. The pressing block is an aluminum foam block having a sound-absorbing hole therein. The fixing bar includes: a frame-side fixing part to which fasteners are fastened while being supported on the side surface of the frame; and a block pocket part extending from the frame-side fixing part, and for surrounding and fixing the perimeter of the opposite side of the transparent plate as the perimeter of the pressing block. The soundproofing panel further comprises strut bars coupled to the upper and lower horizontal parts of the frame so that both longitudinal sides thereof protrude, to be supported by the supports, thereby maintaining the transparent plate in a replaceable position through separation of the frame.
본 발명은 유지보수성을 향상한 방음판과 이를 포함하는 방음시설 및 이의 시공 공법에 관한 것으로, 도로쪽에서 투명판을 쉽고 빠르게 교체할 수 있고 투명판과 프레임이 지지되는 부분에서 누음을 방지함과 아울러 결합강도를 높이고 또한 간단한 구조를 이용하여 지주의 크기에 맞춰 투명판을 교체 위치로 유지하여 투명판의 교체에 따른 유지보수작업을 용이하게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 유지보수성을 향상한 방음판은, 사각형의 투명판(10)과; 상하 수평부와 좌우 수직부에 의해 사각 틀의 형태로 형성되며 턱을 통해 상기 투명판의 둘레부를 지지하는 프레임(20)과; 상기 프레임의 턱에 지지되는 투명판의 반대쪽에서 상기 투명판을 상기 프레임의 턱쪽으로 지지하는 가압블록(30)과; 상기 프레임에 고정되면서 상기 가압블록을 지지하는 고정바(40)를 포함하고, 상기 가압블록은 내부에 흡음홀이 구비된 알루미늄 발포블록이며, 상기 고정바는 상기 프레임의 측면에 지지되면서 체결구가 체결되는 프레임측 고정부, 상기 프레임측 고정부에서 연장 형성되어 상기 가압블록의 둘레부로서 상기 투명판 반대쪽의 둘레부를 감싸 고정하는 블록 포켓부를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 프레임의 상하 수평부에 길이방향의 양쪽이 돌출되도록 결합되어 지주에 지지됨으로써 상기 투명판을 프레임의 분리를 통해 교체 가능한 위치로 유지하는 스트럿바를 포함한다.
