LIGHT-WEIGHT INSULATION FRAME
경량 단열 프레임은 전체 길이로 형성된 중심 코어, 중심 코어의 양측에서 길이 방향을 따라 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 중심 코어에 장착되는 복수의 분할된 보강부 및 전체 길이로 분할 보강부의 외면을 덮는 프레임 커버를 포함하며, 분할된 보강부는 외측으로 개방구를 형성하는 보강 몸체, 보강 몸체의 내측으로부터 돌출되어 중심 코어의 상면과 접하는 상부돌기 및 보강몸체의 내측으로부터 돌출되어 중심 코어의 하면과 접하는 하부돌기를 포함하고, 분할된 보강부는 개방구를 통해서 진입하는 체결구에 의해서 중심 코어에 장착되며, 분할된 보강부 및 중심 코어 중 적어도 하나는 단열 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
A lightweight insulation frame comprises: a center core formed in entire length; a plurality of divided reinforcement units spaced from both sides of the center core at a predetermined interval in a longitudinal direction to be mounted in the center core; and a frame cover covering an outer surface of the divided reinforcement unit in the entire length. The divided reinforcement unit comprises: a reinforcement body having an opening to the outside; an upper protrusion protruding from the inside of the reinforcement body to come in contact with an upper surface of the center core; and a lower protrusion protruding from the inside of the reinforcement body to come in contact with a lower surface of the center core. The divided reinforcement unit is mounted in the center core by a fastener accessing through the opening, and at least one between the divided reinforcement unit and the center core can be formed by an insulation material.
