본 발명에 따른 진공햄머는 유압공급유닛에 의해 피스톤이 왕복가능하게 설치된 실린더를 구비한 실린더유닛과, 상기 실린더유닛의 하부에 구비된 하우징에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되며 상기 실린더의 피스톤에 의해 타격되는 타격부재와, 상기 하우징에 설치되어 상기 피스톤에 의한 타격부재의 타격 시 피스톤의 하강속도를 가속화 시키고 소음을 감소시키기 위해 진공상태가 유지되는 진공챔버와, 상기 진공챔버와 연결되어 진공챔버 내에 진공압을 유지시키기 위한 진공발생유닛을 포함하는 피스톤가속 및 타격소음감소유닛과, 상기 진공챔버가 설치된 하우징과 실린더의 사이에 설치되어 타격부재를 타격하는 피스톤을 냉각시킴과 아울러 실린더로부터 유압유가 상기 진공챔버내의 진공압에 의해 유출되는 것을 방지하는 냉각유닛을 구비한다.
The present invention relates to a vacuum hammer. In accordance with the present invention, the vacuum hammer comprises: a cylinder unit which has a cylinder with a piston which is installed to be able to make a reciprocating motion by a hydraulic pressure supply unit; a hit member slidably installed in a housing placed on a lower side of the cylinder unit to be hit by the cylinder; a piston acceleration and hitting noise reducing unit which includes a vacuum chamber installed in the housing to accelerate the fall of the piston when the piston hits the hit member, and to reduce noise by keeping a vacuum status, and a vacuum generation unit connected to the vacuum chamber to keep the vacuum pressure in the vacuum chamber; and a cooling unit which is installed between the housing with the vacuum chamber and the cylinder to be elevated/lowered by the cylinder, to cool the piston hitting the hit member, and to prevent a hydraulic pressure oil from being leaked from the cylinder by the vacuum pressure in the vacuum chamber. The present invention aims to provide a vacuum chamber which is able to improve the hitting force and reduce the noise.
