SILO CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING PRECAST AND SLIP FOAM
Disclosed is a silo construction method using precast and a slip foam, which can greatly shorten a construction period of a silo by minimizing temporary work, dismantling work, and in-site concrete work, and greatly reduce an accident rate by minimizing even high place work of workers. The silo construction method using precast and a slip foam may include: a lower wall structure construction step of constructing a lower wall structure at the upper part of a bottom slab; a temporary structure installation step for cone installation, of installing a temporary structure for cone installation on the slab located on the uppermost end part of the lower wall structure; an inner cone construction step of disposing and connecting a plurality of inner cone precast blocks in a reversed cone shape so that the upper and lower end parts are supported by the upper end part of the temporary structure for cone installation and the upper surface of the lower wall structure, and forming a reversed cone-shaped inner cone by mounting a cone top to the upper part of the inner cone precast block; an upper wall structure construction step of installing a slip foam at the upper part of the lower wall structure, consecutively moving a mold upwards, and placing concrete to construct a circular upper wall structure; and a roof slab installation step of installing a roof slab compensation truss on the upper end part of the upper wall structure and then, installing and settling a roof slab on the upper part of the roof slab compensation truss.
가설작업과 해체 작업 및, 콘크리트 현장 타설 작업을 최소화시켜 사일로의 시공기간을 대폭 단축시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 작업자의 고소작업까지도 최소화시켜 안전사고 발생비율을 대폭 저감시킬 수 있는 프리캐스트와 슬립폼을 이용한 사일로 시공방법이 개시된다. 상기 프리캐스트와 슬립폼을 이용한 사일로 시공방법은 바닥 슬래브 상부에 하부 벽체 구조물을 시공하는 하부 벽체 구조물 시공단계와, 상기 하부 벽체 구조물의 최상단에 위치한 슬래브에 콘 설치용 가설 구조물을 설치하는 콘 설치용 가설물 설치 단계와, 상기 콘 설치용 가설 구조물의 상단부와 하부 벽체 구조물의 상부면에 상하단부가 지지되도록 복수개의 내부 콘 프리캐스트 블록을 역 콘 형상으로 배치하여 연결한 후 내부 콘 프리캐스트 블록 상부에 콘 탑을 탑재시켜 역 콘 형상의 내부 콘을 형성하는 내부 콘 시공단계와, 상기 하부 벽체 구조물의 상부에 슬립폼을 설치하여 거푸집을 상부로 연속적으로 이동시키면서 콘크리트를 타설하여 원형 형상의 상부 벽체 구조물을 시공하는 상부 벽체 구조물 시공단계 및, 상기 상부 벽체 구조물의 상단부에 지붕 슬래브 보강 트러스를 설치한 후, 상기 지붕 슬래브 보강 트러스 상부에 지붕 슬래브를 안착시켜 설치하는 지붕 슬래브 설치단계를 포함할 수 있다.

Disclosed is a silo construction method using precast and a slip foam, which can greatly shorten a construction period of a silo by minimizing temporary work, dismantling work, and in-site concrete work, and greatly reduce an accident rate by minimizing even high place work of workers. The silo construction method using precast and a slip foam may include: a lower wall structure construction step of constructing a lower wall structure at the upper part of a bottom slab; a temporary structure installation step for cone installation, of installing a temporary structure for cone installation on the slab located on the uppermost end part of the lower wall structure; an inner cone construction step of disposing and connecting a plurality of inner cone precast blocks in a reversed cone shape so that the upper and lower end parts are supported by the upper end part of the temporary structure for cone installation and the upper surface of the lower wall structure, and forming a reversed cone-shaped inner cone by mounting a cone top to the upper part of the inner cone precast block; an upper wall structure construction step of installing a slip foam at the upper part of the lower wall structure, consecutively moving a mold upwards, and placing concrete to construct a circular upper wall structure; and a roof slab installation step of installing a roof slab compensation truss on the upper end part of the upper wall structure and then, installing and settling a roof slab on the upper part of the roof slab compensation truss.
