OUTER SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR TANK
The present invention relates to a construction method of an outer system scaffolding for a spherical tank, in which a system scaffolding module is assembled and installed in multi-stages in an octagonal horizontal ring shape on an outer circumferential surface of a spherical tank installed by using supports, and required materials such as a work platform are optimized to allow quick installation and disassembly. The outer system scaffolding for a spherical tank is horizontally assembled and installed by the system scaffolding module of an octagonal horizontal ring shape, and each of the eight system scaffolding modules is manufactured by combining vertical and horizontal scaffoldings and the optimized working platform with dimensions determined according to a diameter of the spherical tank for each stage.
지주를 이용하여 설치된 구형탱크의 외주면에 시스템비계모듈을 8각형의 수평 링 형태로 다단 조립 설치하여, 작업발판등 소요자재를 최적화시켜 신속하게 설치 및 해체가 가능하도록 하는 구형탱크용 외부시스템비계 시공방법에 대한 것으로서 상기 구형탱크용 외부시스템비계를 8각형의 수평 링 형태의 시스템비계모듈로 수평 조립 설치하되, 각각 8개의 시스템비계모듈들은 각 단에 따른 구형탱크의 직경에 맞추어 치수가 정해진 최적의 작업발판과 수직수평비계를 조합하여 제작한 것을 이용하게 된다.
