The present invention provides a scaffold lift apparatus comprising: a support plate (10) which is seated on the ground and prevents shaking in a process of lifting a scaffold (50) assembled on the ground by a scaffold (50) lift device; a plurality of ball screws (30) each having a screw thread formed therein, protruding upward from the support plate (10), and being rotatably installed by receiving rotational force from a drive unit (11) installed on the support plate (10); and a lifting unit (20) installed in connection with the plurality of ball screws (30), moving up and down by the ball screw (30) which rotates by receiving the rotational force from the drive unit (11), and moving the scaffold (50) assembled on the ground up and down. The scaffold (50) pre-assembled on the ground can be installed by being lifted to a high floor, thereby reducing the installation time of the scaffold (50). As a result, a construction period can be reduced. The scaffold (50) is transported to the high floor in a pre-assembled state on the ground such that there is no hassle of transporting a structure for the installation of the scaffold (50) to the high floor, and accidents occurring while assembling the scaffold (50) on the high floor can be reduced.
본 발명은 비계 리프트장치에 있어서, 지면에 안착되어 비계(50) 리프트장치에 의해 지면에서 조립된 비계(50)를 승강시키는 과정에서 흔들리지 않도록 하는 지지판(10)과, 나사산이 형성되고 지지판(10)에 상부로 돌출되게 다수 설치되어 지지판(10)에 설치된 구동부(11)에 의한 회전력을 전달받아 회전가능하게 설치되는 볼스크류(30)와, 상기 다수 설치된 볼스크류(30)와 연결설치되어 구동부(11)에 의한 회전력을 전달받아 회전하는 볼스크류(30)에 의해 승강작동하여 지면에서 조립된 비계(50)를 상하로 이동시키도록 설치되는 승강부(20)로 구성되어 지면에서 미리 조립된 상태의 비계(50)를 고층으로 승강시켜 설치할 수 있어 비계(50)의 설치시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 효과가 있고, 그에 따라 공사기간도 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 비계(50)를 지면에서 미리 조립한 상태로 고층으로 운반함에 따라 고층으로 비계(50)의 설치를 위한 구조물을 운반하여야 하는 번거로움이 없고 고층에서 비계(50)를 조립하면서 발생하게 되는 안전사고를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
