The present invention relates to a fiber-reinforced sheet, a fiber-reinforced panel, and a reinforcement contruction method of a structure using the same. The fiber-reinforced sheet or panel according to the present invention can secure an excellent mechanical property by including a high-strength fiber such as a carbon fiber and an aromatic polyamide fiber as a fiber filler. In addition, the fiber-reinforced sheet or panel can suppress or delay damage of the panel or the structure even when an earthquake or an external force is applied. According to the present invention, when reinforcement construction of the structure using the fiber-reinforced sheet or panel proceeds, when the earthquake occurs, an impact of the sheet or panel on the structure is mitigated or absorbed. Therefore, time until destruction is extended, and physical and property damage is reduced.

본 발명에 따른 섬유보강 시트 또는 패널은 섬유 충전재로 탄소섬유와 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유 등의 고강도 섬유를 포함함으로써 우수한 기계적 물성을 확보할 수 있으며, 지진이나 외력이 가해짐에도 패널이나 구조물의 파손을 억제하거나 늦출 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 섬유보강 시트 또는 패널을 이용한 구조물의 보강시공을 진행하면, 지진이 일어났을 때 시트 또는 패널이 구조물에 가해지는 충격을 완화하거나 흡수함에 따라 파괴에 이르기까지의 시간을 연장하여 신체적, 재산적 피해를 경감시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
