The present invention relates to a converged harmful gas heating combustion burner, which comprises: an integrated ventilation assembly central container which is formed in a container shape such that harmful gas may be ventilated, and a heating drying burner and a harmful gas combustion burner may be mounted; the heating drying burner which is installed at the center of the ventilation assembly central container to receive combustion gas in which fuel and air are mixed to heat and dry new bone ash while receiving harmful gas produced during ascon mixing and deliverance processes, in order to mix fuel and air to heat the new bone ash while simultaneously combusting the harmful gas; a plurality of harmful gas combustion burners, eight or more of which are radially arranged by using the heating drying burner as a shaft, to re-circulate harmful substances and stinking gas produced during the heating and drying of the new bone ash, to receive the harmful gas with a lower concentration to produce a mixture gas with the oxygen concentration of 14 % or more to facilitate combustion so as to perform combustion and removal; and a fireproof cylindrical wall which surrounds the edge of one surface of the ventilation assembly central container, provides the connecting portion with a dryer, provides a space in which generated gas flames and mixed harmful gas may be oxidized and combusted for removal, and is made of a fireproof material to prevent the emission of generated heat. Therefore, harmful substances may be more efficiently combusted and removed.
본 발명은 유해가스의 환풍 및 가열건조버너 및 유해가스연소버를 장착할 수 있는 원통모양으로 형성된 일체형 환풍조립중심통; 환풍조립중심통 중앙에 설치되어 연료와 공기가 혼합된 연소가스를 공급받아 신생골재를 가열건조하면서 아스콘 혼합 및 출고 과정에서 발생한 유해가스를 공급받아 연료와 공기를 혼합하여 신생골재를 가열하며 유해가스를 동시에 연소하는 가열건조버너; 가열건조버너를 축으로 방사선 형태로 8개 이상이 배치되어 재생골재 가열건조 시 발생된 유해물질 및 악취가스를 재순환시켜 농도가 낮아진 유해가스를 공급받아 연소가 잘되도록 산소농도가 14% 이상으로 만든 혼합가스를 만들어 연소제거하는 다수의 유해가스연소버너; 환풍조림중심통의 일면 가장자리를 감싸며 드라이어와 연결부를 제공하고 발생되는 가스불꽃과 혼합 유해가스가 산화연소되면서 제거되는 공간을 제공하고 발생되는 열의 방출을 막는 내화재로 만든 내화원통벽을 갖는 융합형 유해가스가열연소버너에 관한 발명이다.
