The present invention relates to a vehicle protection fence equipped with a buffer member for solar panel attachment and, more specifically, to a vehicle protection fence equipped with a buffer member for solar panel attachment, which can protect a passenger due to the excellent hardness and shock absorption ability thereof, prevent secondary accidents caused by deformation of the median strip, and be used as power sources for various electrical products required for road safety by securing a space to be able to install a solar panel. According to the composition of the present invention, the vehicle protection fence, wherein a buffer member (100) is installed between guardrails (2) fixed on the front and back surfaces of a support (1) fixed on the road, comprises: a pair of left and right support units (110) which are formed to be sloped to come in contact with the sloped upper end surface of the guardrails (2) located on both sides with a certain thickness of iron or other metal materials and in which a fixing hole (111) is perforated; a stepped protrusion unit (120) which is connected to the upper end part of the support unit (110) and in which protrusions (121) are formed with steps to be engaged to the upper end part of the guardrails (2); a base unit (130) which is integrally connected to the stepped protrusion units (120) located on both sides, respectively; and a side plate unit (140) which is integrally and vertically connected to the base unit (130) in an orthogonal direction of the support units (110) on both sides.
본 발명은 태양광패널 부착용 완충부재를 구비한 차량 방호울타리에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 충격 흡수 능력과 강성이 우수하여 탑승자를 보호함과 아울러, 중앙 분리대의 변형으로 인한 2차 사고를 예방하고 태양광 패널이 설치될 수 있는 공간을 확보하여 도로의 안전에 필요한 각종 전기용품의 전원으로 활용될 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 구성은 도로에 고정되는 지주(1)의 전, 후면에 고정되는 가드레일(2) 사이에 설치되는 완충부재(100)가 설치된 차량 방호울타리에 있어서, 상기 완충부재(100)는 일정 두께의 철금속재로 양쪽에 위치되는 가드레일(2)의 상단 경사면에 접촉되도록 경사지게 성형되며 고정홀(111)이 뚫어지는 좌우 한쌍의 지지부(110)와, 상기 지지부(110)의 상단으로 연결되며 가드레일(2)의 상단에 걸려지도록 턱(121)이 단차지게 형성되는 단턱부(120)와, 양쪽에 각각 위치되는 상기 단턱부(120)에 일체로 연결되는 베이스부(130)와, 상기 양측 지지부(110)의 직각 방향으로 베이스부(130)에 일체로 수직하게 연결되는 측판부(140)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
