The present invention relates to a waterproofing method for a building rooftop, comprising: a step (S1) of removing foreign materials from a rooftop surface (B) of a building; a step (S2) of forming a ground reinforcing layer (11) by applying a ground reinforcing agent to the rooftop surface (B) of the building from which the foreign materials are removed; a step (S3) of forming a mortar waterproof layer (12) by applying a mortar waterproofing agent to the ground reinforcing layer (11); a step (S4) of forming a waterproof cloth layer (13) by placing waterproof cloth on the mortar waterproof layer (12); and a step (S5) of forming a finishing layer (14) on the waterproof cloth layer (13). The waterproofing method for a building rooftop of the present invention enables perfect waterproofing construction by strengthening the structure of the rooftop surface of the building, and can prevent swelling despite the evaporation of moisture inside the building.
본 발명은 건축 구조물의 옥상방수공법에 관한 것으로서, 건물구조물의 옥상면(B)에서 이물질을 제거하는 단계(S1)와; 이물질이 제거된 건물구조물의 옥상면(B)에 바탕강화제를 도포하여 바탕강화층(11)을 형성하는 단계(S2)와; 바탕강화층(11)에 몰탈방수제를 도포하여 몰탈방수층(12)을 형성하는 단계(S3)와; 몰탈방수층(12)에 방수포를 배치하여 방수포층(13)을 형성하는 단계(S4)와; 상기 방수포층(13)에 마감층(14)을 형성하는 단계(S5);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
